This was the second time my house was broken into and the second laptop to be taken. I wanted to make sure that if it happened again I would be prepared. I was skeptical at first, but the detectives and recovery specialist were there whenever I had a question or just needed reassurance that my computer would be found. I got the call from the detective first stating that he had my laptop and that it was in great condition. Incidentally, the man who broke in and stole the laptop was already in jail on unrelated charges, so this will just add to his rap sheet and time he spends in jail.
