I came home from what was a great day celebrating a friend’s birthday to the shock of realizing that my house had been broken into. Thank God that only my computer had been taken! Immediately remembering that I had Lojack for Laptops, I quickly found another computer and filed a theft report as soon as possible. 

I checked back frequently, even making a couple of calls to Customer Service to ask questions. With their reassuring and competent help, my worries were allayed and I patiently waited while I kept checking the site for any updates. “First contact” made, “Under Investigation: Researching” were comforting words to read, let me tell you!

Lo and behold a couple of weeks later, a Detective from the Corona, California Police Department called and said the process of reacquiring my computer had begun. A couple of weeks later my computer was in their possession – I was never more grateful to have spent the money for Lojack than right then and there! Thanks Lojack and Lojack Customer Service! You are worth your weight in gold!
